A pattern I kept seeing

When I started working in real estate, I quickly noticed the same thing happening again and again. People were losing time, money and peace of mind because of the wrong strategy and the wrong partners.

Properties sat on the market for months. Sales collapsed at the final stage. Almost every week I heard about court cases over properties, built on valuations that had no real depth and no legal weight behind them.

I saw first hand how a lack of proper documentation can damage someone's life.

The commitment

Not just a broker and valuer

That led me to a decision. I would not simply be "a broker and property valuer". I would make sure of two things: the real value of your property, and a process that gets you there safely.

My commitment is accuracy, transparency and legal protection. Every valuation I sign is not just an opinion. It is a document with legal and institutional weight, able to stand up to any review.

Where the standards come from

My path runs from agricultural studies and an Executive MBA in Finance, to the Recognised European Valuer (REV) title from TEGoVA, and my registration in the Register of Certified Valuers of the Greek Ministry of Finance (Reg. No. 944).

As a Full Member of the Association of Greek Valuers and a Founding Member and Honorary President of EPPA, I stay up to date with the standards that govern my work. This matters for a simple reason: your valuation should always reflect the most recent and most credible methodology available.

Where I am now

I run MANOMENIDIS LP, our family company for brokerage and valuation services, with offices in Thessaloniki and Athens.

I coordinate the CRECOS Network — a growing network of certified valuers, brokers, lawyers and accountants across Greece, working to standards aligned with EVS 2025 and IVS.

I run onlineacademy.gr as a training platform for professionals in the industry. The courses combine the legal and commercial reality of the Greek market with international methods of negotiation and communication.

I represent EPPA at NAR, take part in international conferences, and continue to write, teach and advise.
