This website (manomenidis.com) is jointly operated by the following two parties, who act as joint data controllers for the personal data collected through it:
For anything relating to the processing of your personal data, you can contact us directly at nikos@manomenidis.com.
2.When you complete the contact form on the Contact page, we collect the details you provide: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), your area of interest, and your message. This information is stored in a secure Google Sheet and used solely to respond to you.
This processing is based on your consent, which you give explicitly by ticking the relevant box before submitting the form.
We use Google Analytics 4 in cookieless mode. This means no identifier is stored on your device, and we do not track you as a specific individual across different visits.
We collect anonymous statistics such as: which pages were viewed, your general location (country/city, based on an anonymised IP address), which channel brought you to the site (e.g. Google search, direct visit, a link from another page), and which buttons or links were clicked.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used, so that we can improve it. Since no cookies are used and the data does not allow identification of a specific person, no cookie consent banner is required.
The website is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). The provider automatically logs basic technical information (e.g. IP address, browser type) for server security and operation purposes, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
3.We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may be accessible to:
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the United States). In such cases, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy framework (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
5.Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at nikos@manomenidis.com. We will respond within the timeframes set out by law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr), or with your own national data protection authority if you are based outside Greece, if you believe the processing of your data violates the GDPR.
6.We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/SSL) across the entire website, and restricted access to contact form data limited to authorised team members.
7.We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
